Direct care workers may employed by various facilities to assist the elderly, children, handicapped or disabled clients who require personal care services. Sometimes clients also hire direct care workers privately for their homes.

Direct care worker positions demand a client-centered attitude and genuine compassion. Incorporating these qualifications on to your resume document is a difficult task due to extremely subjective nature of the same.
